Lifetime warranty
For the original purchaser, we repair or replace products that fail because of defects in materials or workmanship, for as long as you own them.
On heated lunchboxes, coverage includes defective batteries, heating components, controls and charging. Cutlery and containers are covered for manufacturing defects.
Normal battery capacity loss, wear, accidental damage, misuse and water damage are excluded.
For approved claims, iBiteGo pays any required return shipping and shipping the replacement.
