Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items should be complete, with all parts and accessories, and in good condition.

Restocking fee

Returns for a change of mind carry a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee if your order arrived damaged, is defective, or isn't what you ordered.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover it.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or stops working, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll replace it or refund you in full, with no restocking fee. After 30 days, defects are covered by our lifetime warranty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
