What's covered
On heated lunchboxes, coverage includes defective batteries, heating components, controls and charging. Cutlery and containers are covered for manufacturing defects.
What's excluded
Normal battery capacity loss, wear, accidental damage, misuse and water damage are excluded.
How to make a claim
Contact support with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We review the issue and arrange a repair or replacement for covered defects. Return the product only if we request it; we provide a prepaid label when a return is needed.
For approved claims, iBiteGo pays any required return shipping and shipping the replacement.
